Properties

DELTA®-MAXX is designed for use in even the most extreme conditions. It reliably resists the passage of bulk (liquid) water from wind-driven rain and snow while remaining highly vapor permeable and air tight. Its unique polyester substrate acts as a reservoir in extreme wetting conditions and allows excess moisture to dissipate over time. The special edge design prevents capillary wicking of moisture in the overlap regions.

DELTA®-MAXX is Class A fire-rated, and its performance is unaffected by surfactants.

Highly tear-resistant polyester substrate with a vapor permeable waterproof polyurethane coating.

Application

DELTA®-MAXX is light-weight, extremely tear-resistant and easy to apply. Its dark color makes it gentle on the eyes during installation. The reinforced membrane is durable enough for the toughest jobsite conditions.
